Wow- just had a terrible experience. Came in today around 2 and started to place an order at the counter from a girl with a neck tattoo. Mid-sentence I'm interrupted by another female employee who asks neck tattoo about a customer issue. They discuss it in front of us while we stand there, mid order. Then she turns her attention back to us and I have to repeat my order. Then the other employee interrupts again, and the two of them walk back inside the kitchen to argue about this customer issue and leave us standing there! After a few minutes of standing there alone, credit card in hand, we just left.

Not what I expected but, exactly what I'd hoped for. I like breakfast, it is my favorite meal. A fluffy omelet, fresh ingredients, good coffee and my version of heaven is pretty much all there. Had a spinach omelet with a piece of steak added in, the steak was VERY good on its own but when combined with the the omelet, oh boy. Definitely worth the trip.

By far the best place to get lunch. Try the Ultimate BLT which is chicken salad topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato. The Pesto pasta salad is also amazing. Highly Recommend

My favorite place for iced white chocolate mocha, but despite the name there isn't much cheesecake- and every time I have tried their cheesecake I have been VERY dissapointed.. Super dry, maybe its old, idk. But I know that I make a better cheesecake than that! And their bakery is always dry too :/

I seriously love this place! It has THE BEST SANDWICHES EVER! Seriously! It's not really a sit down restaurant with servers it's more like go to the counter, order, and they bring it out, but the food is soooo worth it. Try the Tommy Mozz. The foccacia bread is the bomb and I know even other restaurants in green bay use it for their sandwiches. (a'Bravo)

Good home made soups. Fresh ingredients and quick service. A little pricey but worth it.

You know what I never expected? To find the best little breakfast nook at a tiny little spot called Cheese Cake Heaven. Yes, I too expected to view a menu of sweet delectables. Instead, I was finally able to get the breakfast I had been craving - a light and fluffy egg white omelet packed full of veggies. I opted for the Sauteed Baby Spinach omelet filled with garlic, red onions and drizzled with a cilantro cream and topped with fresh pico de gallo. Totally swoon worthy. My husband went the tried and true route and ordered a Bacon Avocado Omelet. It was no joke. It was filled with crisp applewood smoked bacon, diced avocados and topped with the oh-so-amazing cilantro cream. Other swoon worthy items: the buttery croissants, fresh breads and the coffee bar that seemed to go on for days. Although we weren't in the mood for it at the time, Cheese Cake Heaven also has a deli full of premade, hearty sandwiches, fresh salads, and - of course - cheesecakes. I'm not going to lie - the wait time for our food was long. A good 30 minutes from the time of order. It felt hefty given we were one of 4 filled tables. However, I'll wait for a killer omelet over a McGriddle, Panera bagel, or a greasy omelet from a greasy diner any day. Cheese Cake Heaven definitely wasn't what I expected. In the best way. This Chicago girl found her new Green Bay breakfast nook.

We don't live in Wisconsin, but this place would be a major selling point if we were considering relocation. I had the black bean burger with lobster bisque ... both were delicious. My wife had the BLT with barley vegetarian soup and loved it. Two of my kids had the hot ham and cheese kid's meal with applesauce, a stuffed chocolate chip cookie, and chocolate milk. The third son got the kid's pasta. Everything was fantastic and came in at $36. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

One of my favorite lunch places while I'm working in Green Bay the 3 days a week that I do. From soup to salad, everything is amazing and fresh! They even have a wide selection of gluten free.

Being from out of town, and knowing that Green Bay definitely isn't a foodie town, I walked in with pretty low expectations. The name of the restaurant implies that there would be ample cheese cake options; sadly there are not. After perusing the dessert counter, and the rotating pie holder thingy, I settled on a fairly big piece of chocolate cake and a tiramisu latte with almond milk. The first shocker was the $1 up-charge for almond milk! Is it really that hard to find in this part of the country? In hindsight I should've skipped it altogether once I noticed the large collection of cheap flavored syrups behind the counter which no doubt would find their way into my drink. Worse yet was the price tag on the piece of cake....are you ready for this?? $6.37 plus tax!!! For crying out loud, I'm from Chicago where everything is overly expensive, but this was just insane! For the record, the best chocolate cake on the planet (in my opinion) comes from Deca, the hotel restaurant at the Four Seasons in downtown Chicago and costs a dollar more than this piece of crap. For beginners there was about two inches of waxy, sickly sweet chocolate frosting on top of this monstrosity. Follow that with what was surely the dryest, most flavorless cake material this side of the Upper Peninsula. I would've rather eaten the fake plaster cake they had in display. In one word: Gross! For the life of me I don't understand how places like this stay in business. Maybe people from the area have such low standards that they don't know any better? The one thing I know for sure is that if I'm ever unlucky enough to find myself in Green Bay, I will avoid this place like the plague.

Came to Green Bay for a packer game so we stopped for lunch. The place has an odd smell to it. Not a good smell like you would think from the name but not an offensive smell either. Food was pricy for what you get. I got a chicken cordon Gouda and it was ok. For 8.99 it came with nothing except a pickle and two house made pita chips. My son had the Caesar bacon burger and his came with a cup of soup which he picked the lobster bisque which was good. His meal was 12.59 before tax. He had a soda. I had water. Meal was nearly 24. The desserts were pricy so we won't be buying any. If I lived here I might stop for a cup of coffee but wouldn't stay for the food because it's pricy and not spectacular.

Warmed Sandwiches, soups and pastas are the real winners here. Happy little lunchtime awaits. Actually not a huge fan of the desserts.

Was on my way to another location and happened to see this place nestled in the middle of a short strip mall. The name is a bit of a misnomer because it implies they only do, well, cheesecake, but there's stenciling in the window proclaiming "Coffees", "Breakfast" and "Cappuccino". So I figured I'd give it a shot. The menu's pretty comprehensive. Sandwiches and such for lunch with probably five different soups on offer. They use Alterra coffee, a Wisconsin-based roaster. Decor is wide and airy with cafe-style seating to the right upon entry, then an encased "island" in the middle where they have a cooler with grab and go drinks and a soda machine. On the left it's a little darker with some comfortable oversized chairs to hang out and enjoy a coffee and a light bite. I asked and the desserts are all made in-house, including a wide selection of cookies, pastries, cakes and individual-serving pies, tartlets and other nibbles. Considering we're under a week from Valentine's Day, there are heart-shaped shortbread cookies dipped in various confections light and dark, with or without sprinkles. For "breakfast" at 10:30 or so, I've opted for a Bacon Cheddar Chipotle Chicken. It's served on your chocie of toasted white or wheat wrap, grilled white or multigrain bread, butter or honey wheat croissant or white or wheat bagel with fresh fruit. The contents are applewood smoked bacon, grilled chicken breast, chipotle scrambled eggs (I think it's a cream sauce of some kind with some nice residual heat) and melted cheddar. I opted to get some avocado added to it and it was a nice compliment. At first blush, it seems like a solid offering on all fronts. Fruit is fresh, with a mix of strawberries, kiwi, oranges and grapes. I'd want to come back and taste through soups and lunch menu and some more of the pastries before offering a few more stars. If you're in the market for a solid place that offers a deep menu of sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups and can get what appears to be better-than-average fare dessert along the way, it's a good stop. Probably can get out of here for soup, sandwich, beverage and dessert for between $12 - $20 person, all courses and beverages accounted for. Counter service, so tipping is "jar generosity" next to the register.

Great snickers cheesecake! Great fiendly employees. Iced latte very good!

Stopped in late and still found some good sweets. I went with the original cheesecake and a couple shortbread cookies. The cheesecake that was so highly recommended seemed dry, probably because it was cut and individually packaged. Wish they would slice it fresh or at least not leave it in a container like they did. The cookies were pretty good.

Great food, but it is very over priced. The dining experience is very confused and lacks direction. For the price you are paying, you shouldn't have to order at a register and have to clean your own plate. This place is can't decide if it wants to be like panera bread or a real restaurant. Oh and if you're going soon make sure you grab a pamphlet because that's where half their menu is. Also if you choose to purchase a drink have fun going into their alley way of a drink area that divides the entire store into two separate dining areas. Overall it leaves something wanted, but there is better for the price. Expect to feel confused and emotionally conflicted when you leave.

This place is a super neat find in Green Bay, close to stadium. I love iced lattes and I love to find local coffee places. They also have an amazing food menu, which is neat because most food around the stadium is bar food! My only complaint is that they are understaffed. We went in in a Sunday at 10am and all I ordered was 2 iced lattes. It took 45 minutes!! Because they only had 1 cashier and a group of 10 people cut in front of me in line to order. So crazy to wait 45 min. for a coffee! I feel like this situation could have been avoided If they had 1 more person hop on cashier!

I'm pretty sure our entire meal was microwaved. For breakfast. It's been 7 hours since I ate there and I'm pretty sure I'm going to puke up more of this meal. I should have known better when we arrived and the only people who were there were drinking coffee. Our eggs were below average tasting, the avocado was brown, and the waffle was most certainly dry and microwaved. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The coffee was good and the staff was nice. Food...gross.

Another "good not great" place. Wasn't quite what I expected. Not really a cheesecake shop, though they have quite a few varieties plus some other desserts. It looks more like a soup and sandwich place, probably a nice quick lunch. And beer, of course, since it's Wisconsin. But we were there for cheesecake. Got several, ate them over the next few days. The strawberry champagne was very good, as was the sweet potato pecan. The red velvet was kinda weird, and we didn't finish it; the turtle was fine but nothing special. Might try it again someday.

I went here for the first time because I had friend's say that Packers go here for lunch. Figure it would be good-it was great! They have a bunch of great sandwiches to choose from, but I normally build my own. Not too expensive, especially for fresh ingredients that you can seldom find. I also got to experience a special multi-course dinner here that was spectacular. Look forward to more great meals.

I was taken here for my first lunch in Green Bay. It is more than excellent. I had a wrap that was extremely fresh and tasted great. They have so many sandwiches to choose from I know I will be back. I tried not to look at the deserts but they did look outstanding. They will definitely be on my cheat list. Hmmm... I think I am going today for a quiche lunch.

If I were writing this review only on food I would probably give four stars. I've been here a number of times: for brunch and just for dessert and coffee. The sandwiches are all very good, as are the wraps and flat breads. Nothing is over the top, but each has just the right combination to make everything tasty. And there is a solid drink menu, which is always a plus. The reason I gave less than four stars is because every time I've been I've felt uneasy. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. And while I feel that the food mostly matches the prices (I'm not crazy about the cheesecake) customer service does not. I know this is a hotspot for Packers' wives and it seems to attract lots of would be Real Housewives with children, so perhaps employees feel the need to respond in kind. But the atmosphere does not match the attitude; it's very relaxed where you order at the counter and after your food is delivered waitstaff disappears. I will say it was decorated nicely during the Christmas season, but I've found everything else to be such a turnoff that the food is not so magnificent that it redeems everything else.
